East Asia Research
East Asia Research (EAR) is established in Singapore with the mission of enhancing productivity and reducing poverty in Asia. EAR strives to make continuous efforts in transforming the lives of people in Asia through education, application of research and innovative ideas. This will be achieved through the dissemination of knowledge from the Asia focused research Conferences and Publications by EAR. EAR academic conferences are world-class events which provide a meaningful platform for researchers, students, academicians, institutions, entrepreneurs, industries and practitioners to create, share and disseminate knowledge and innovation and to develop long-lasting network and collaboration.

Centre for Business, Economics and Finance Forecasting (BEFfore) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, was established in May 2013 and is anchored at the Faculty of Economics and Business, UNIMAS. The Centre serves as a platform and a reference point for business, economic and finance forecasting. With a unique focus on modeling and forecasting, BEFfore stands out as a centre different from any other in Malaysia. In this manner, BEFfore spearheads collective research and development using elements of forecasting. With reliable forecast results, appropriate policy-making decision would be made possible to assist the country in maintaining sustainable economic growth and achieving prosperity in line with Vision 2020.
